Booking Appointments

we love booking new patient appointments! When you schedule your first appointment with our office you will be required to leave a credit card on file for future use. Your card will not be charged unless you request that it be used when your appointment is completed, or if you fail to give 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment or no show for your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We require all patients to provide at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rebooking an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged $50 using the payment method provided at booking. Patients arriving more than 15 minutes after their appointment start time will be considered a no-show.

Patients who cancel without giving 24 hour notice, or no show for 3 appointments, will no longer be allowed to schedule appointments with our office.
