About Us

Kristina is a certified family practitioner. She received her Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama in Huntsville in 2010. She is Board Certified and has over 10 years of experience in primary care. Currently she provides care for women of all ages and has a special interest in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. She is certified to provide the BioTE method of pellet hormone therapy. She moved Summer 2019 with her family from North Alabama to the Freeport area. Married for over 15 years and mom to 2 children and 1 fur baby.

Chris received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northwestern State Univeristy. She has over 30 years of acute care experience and has recently moved into the private practice setting and is a BioTE certified practitioner. Always passionate about health and wellness, it is rewarding to help patients and to improve the quality of their lives. Originally from Shreveport, LA, she has been part of the Crestview community for over 17 years now — Geaux Tigers/Go Bulldogs! Married for 29+ years and mom to 4 young adult children.

McKinze was born and raised in Texas where she attended Texas Tech University for her bachelor’s in nursing. Once she moved to Florida she gained over 5 years of experience as a nurse in Med-Surg and PCU. She decided to further her career by earning her doctorate degree from the University of Florida as a family nurse practitioner. In her free time she enjoys reading, crafting, and spending time outdoors with her husband and 3 children.
